We produce a selection of distinctive honeys, harvested and handled with the utmost care. Everything begins with our bees, which we provide with the best and most natural living conditions possible. Our organic beekeeping practices are based on respecting their natural rhythms and the balance of the environment they live in.

We harvest only a portion of the honey: we deliberately leave part of the harvest to the colonies, ensuring they have sufficient reserves for the winter, and use supplemental feeding only in emergencies.

Only fully capped honey: we let the bees determine when the honey is ready to be harvested, avoiding artificial processes such as forced dehumidification.

Cold extraction: our honey is extracted without heating, and every step leading up to extraction is carried out manually to avoid mechanical processes that could warm the honey and alter its sensory qualities.

Raw and unfiltered: simply harvested from the comb and cleared of small wax particles. Our honey undergoes no heat treatment, preserving its natural properties. It is the very same honey our bees rely on for nourishment.

Carefully checked: even filling and labeling the jars is done by hand, allowing us to inspect every single jar and ensure the highest product quality.
